FOR BROKERS AND AGENCIES

Keep every client in the right context.

The retailer complexity repeats across accounts, but the context is not interchangeable. Retail Reason Intelligence gives your firm separately provisioned client workspaces and uses the retailer, channel, tier, timing, and operating context supplied for the selected client.

ILLUSTRATIVE ANSWER · MIXED CLIENT CONTEXT

Can we tell the same line-review story for a Basic client and a Charter client?

No. The client’s Scintilla tier changes which claims and analyses the available data can support. Select the client workspace first, then shape the answer around that client’s tier, decision, and reporting window.

BASIC CLIENT

Use own-item Channel Performance data for velocity, inventory, and the supported operating story. Do not imply category or competitor evidence the tier does not provide.

CHARTER CLIENT

Use the available category, shopper, and module context. Charter alone still does not establish competitor item-level access inside Channel Performance.

CONFIRM NEXT

The client’s visible tier, the merchant decision, the reporting window, and whether the needed module or field is available.

LIMIT

Retail Reason keeps the reasoning paths separate; it does not inspect either client’s Scintilla account or retrieve their data.

CLIENT-WORKSPACE MODEL

One firm. Separate client contexts.

A client workspace is one distinct customer organization whose Walmart supplier, Sam’s Club supplier, or Walmart Marketplace work your firm supports. It is not a brand, item, engagement, or question count.

Select the client

Each client has a separately provisioned workspace. Confirm the intended workspace before relying on a workspace-sensitive answer.

Add the operating facts

Retailer, channel, Scintilla tier, role, timing, and the decision in front of you shape what applies.

Keep guest access narrow

Client guests are available only on Practice and Network. Each guest uses a named-user slot and can access exactly one workspace.

WHERE IT FITS

Use it in the gaps between the high-judgment work.

Before the scope goes out

Check whether the analysis, report, or recommendation fits the client’s systems, tier, and available data before it becomes a promise.

While the work is moving

Answer the portal, metric, calendar, payment, access, and operating questions that interrupt a deck or diagnosis.

Before the client acts

Review a draft plan for Walmart-specific pitfalls, missing caveats, and the remaining check that belongs in the client’s current systems.

Advice, negotiation, and client judgment remain yours. Retail Reason helps identify what applies, what could change it, and what to check next.
