Open Retail Reason chat, sign in, and choose your workspace. Chat is included in your Retail Reason access and needs no separate AI subscription.
Use chat and files: start a conversation, select files, download results, and manage saved or temporary chats.
Choose a task: ask an operating question, review a plan, investigate uploaded records, or prepare a brief or tracker. Coverage includes Walmart Connect advertising and ProSpec supplier workflows.
Connect an assistant: optional setup for Claude hosted, Claude Code, Codex CLI, or ChatGPT. Your assistant’s subscription and data handling remain separate.
Resolve a problem: sign-in, workspaces, uploads, unfinished requests, downloads, and assistant connections.
